This means you can then take our plans and Builder's Manual and owner build your own uniquely designed, environmental home.

Our Viva House Plans come with a unique Strawbale Builder's Manual which we've created especially for our clients. In it you'll find they're the blueprint on how to build your own environmental home. It comes complete with a list of suppliers, materials, quantities, timelines, procedures on 'how to', step by step, and includes references, contact numbers to get you started. It's pretty much everything you need to move forward to building your own environmental home.

It's not a text book but rather a snapshot of our brains and experience in over 10 years of building. Everything you need to know. Something not done before!

The next question I hear you ask... how much if we custom designed your own strawbale home for you? Well of course it will determine what you want, how big the house is, whether you want our architect or draftsperson to draw it up for you... Contact us so we can send you a quote.

Don't forget you will save at least $10,000 by using our pre designed strawbale house designs as they have already been costed. They have been designed to be solar passive, to work with strawbales, look beautiful and.... keeps costs down. When you design a house yourself, it costs more because everything is from scratch.
